Author Joe Craig made quite an impression yesterday on Y7 students at Linton Village College, and Y6 pupils from the cluster group primary schools.
Joe packed so much into his high-energy performances – jokes, funny voices, crazy improvised plot-lines – and (sneakily) a whole lot of useful information about how to write stories.
Linton Children’s Book Festival sponsored the visit, and would like to thank Clare Morris and Ruth Keys at LVC for making the arrangements, and everyone else who helped the event run smoothly. Also Helena Marsh for first suggesting that local Y6s should be invited – great idea, we should do this again!
And of course, most of all we want to thank Joe Craig for such an awesome, memorable visit!
