Child Protection Policy

Linton Children’s Book Festival operates a Child Protection Policy. Every effort will be made to ensure the safe enjoyment of the Festival by the children attending.

Any irregular occurrence regarding child safety during the Festival will be reported to our Child Protection Officer and acted upon.

There will be a CRB checked individual present at all events and activities. However we would request that a parent or carer remain on the premises, preferably accompanying the child in his/her care, during all events and activities. Please ensure that you know the whereabouts of any child in your care during your attendance at the Festival.
